Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) options: 1st Time Advantage ($6,000 or 3% to 5% down payment assistance), HomeStart (6% for buyers at or below 50% AMI), Flex loans for repeat buyers, SmartBuy 3.0 (pays off up to $25,000 of student debt), HomeAbility (for buyers with disabilities), and FHA Limited 203(k).

County programs: Montgomery Homeownership Program (up to $50,000), Prince George's County Pathway to Purchase (up to $50,000, forgiven over 10 years), and Baltimore City's Buying Into Baltimore ($5,000).
